Junior AV Software Developer of Modules, Drivers, and Plugins

Seeking a versatile AV software developer to design, support, and maintain multi-platform API integrations for AV control system platforms. Develop and support building blocks—modules, drivers, and plugins—that enable robust device integration across Crestron, Q-SYS, Crestron Home, Control4, RTI, Extron, and Elan. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to learn new languages and platforms as business needs evolve, and contribute to new products. Provide technical support during development, implementation, and ongoing client needs while applying modern software development practices. Requires at least two years of AV field experience with control system programming and strong troubleshooting skills. This is a fully remote role with an East Coast schedule, demanding independence, reliability, and strong communication.
