Project Manager - Distribution Planning

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver distribution planning and grid modernization studies. Manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct load flow, reliability, system impact, and hosting capacity analyses, and evaluate DER integration and non-wires alternatives. Oversee evaluation of operational technologies, such as OMS/DMS, and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations. Mentor and develop engineers and analysts, foster collaboration across disciplines, and drive business development and client engagement. Ensure safety, quality standards, and adherence to PM best practices while coordinating staffing and risk management across projects.
