AWS Cloud Engineer

Lead the Cloud and Compute Architecture and Engineering teams to define strategy, standards, and governance for enterprise cloud services. Align technology roadmaps with the CIO/CTO vision, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution. Foster a customer-oriented culture, oversee ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog) and track KPI progress. Design, implement, and optimize hybrid and multi-cloud architectures across AWS and Azure, focusing on cost, security, and resilience. Develop disaster recovery, business continuity plans, and operational minimums to ensure continuity and risk management. Lead project prioritization and resource planning to deliver cloud and compute services for agencies and external customers with clear governance and documentation.
