Sr. Design Professional - Architecture

Coordinate and/or undertake the design development, production, and delivery of complex architectural projects as part of the project design team or on own projects, ensuring conformance with the design intent. Lead a small team of junior designers, mentor staff, and participate in professional development reviews while coordinating with project architects or managers. Create 2D/3D presentation drawings and Revit models, translate design concepts into technical documents, and support QA/QC. Conduct code research, incorporate building systems knowledge, and perform construction administration including on-site inspections and document management. Facilitate information coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, and contribute to planning, scheduling, and work planning processes. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
