Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist

You will inspire customers to express themselves in their living spaces through one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home. Measure spaces accurately to develop tailored design plans based on client needs and style preferences. Create and present compelling design concepts and coordinate installation or fulfillment through multi-channel orders. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and the full design studio assortment to achieve and exceed sales goals. Deliver world-class service for gift wrap, registries, orders, catalogs, and back orders while guiding clients through special services. Demonstrate strong communication, clienteling and multitasking skills, with the ability to complete complex large orders across channels and prioritize multiple tasks; expect full-time availability including weekends.
