Construction Laborer - Second Shift

As a second-shift Construction Laborer (Mitigation Technician), you will restore homes affected by water, fire, and mold damage. Shift hours are 12:30pm to 10pm, five days a week, with overtime opportunities. Assess, document, and communicate the plan to return a house to a clean, safe, and dry environment. Wear PPE, remove water and materials, and carry or set up the required equipment. Demolish damaged parts, clean thoroughly, and perform follow-up tasks to ensure a quality service experience. Maintain a strong work ethic, integrity, and a teachable attitude to serve clients and teammates while pursuing growth.
