Registered Nurse

Provides professional nursing care to patients in a primary care setting under medical supervision and organizational policies. Develops, implements and evaluates individualized nursing care regimens; plans, coordinates and assesses patient care. Administers prescribed medications, adheres to standing orders, and maintains accurate documentation and records. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and serves as a preceptor to students, new hires, and other staff as needed. Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention to improve health outcomes and quality of care. Requires a BSN, NY RN license, and CPR/BLS certification; full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
