Program Cost Control Principal Analyst - Onsite El Segundo

Lead program cost control for high-precision production programs, delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including Earned Value reporting, baseline planning, and EACs. Develop and track risks and opportunities, produce external reports, and manage financial forecasting and cash management. Perform FP&A responsibilities such as Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Strategic Planning. Conduct ad hoc analyses and support customer and senior management meetings; serve as the lead analyst for multiple programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field with 5+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years); strong forecasting, budgeting, and experience with SAP/APEX/AO. Must be a U.S. citizen; strong communication, independent and collaborative work style, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
