Legal Counsel

Provide proactive legal support across sales, marketing, operations, and promotions to enable business growth. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including sponsorships, licensing, services, NDAs, and other contracts. Manage document retention and organized storage of internal records while coordinating IP portfolio tasks and trademark-related activities. Develop policies and procedures; interpret league rules to ensure compliance; support immigration/visa processes as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel; drive process improvements and risk management across the organization. Texas Bar admission required; 2+ years of relevant experience; strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
