Manufacturing Technician

This role supports automated production and packaging lines, ensuring quality and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities include monitoring lines for defects, errors, and jams, and taking immediate corrective action. Perform basic mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment and participate in routine maintenance. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized; follow safety guidelines and procedures. Communicate issues clearly to supervisors or maintenance staff as needed. Candidates should be able to stand long durations, lift up to 30 lbs, and read simple instructions in English.
