Helpdesk Support Technician, Part Time

Position: Helpdesk Support Technician, Part Time, on-site at a college campus. Serve as the primary helpdesk technician for IT issues across devices and classroom technologies. Provide in-person support for computers, peripherals, phones, AV equipment, and related systems. Troubleshoot software, operating systems, hardware, printers, and networked clients. Explain technical information clearly to non-technical users and assist with training and knowledge transfer. Work up to 29 hours per week with a focus on customer service, documentation, and professional growth.
