Senior PAM Operations - Identity Access Management (IAM)

Operate and manage Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk PAS, EPM, PSM) to ensure secure, compliant handling of privileged identities across enterprise environments. Onboard users, manage account lifecycles, and provision/deprovision privileged access while monitoring vault health and password rotation. Enforce governance policies, approvals, and segregation of duties; support break-glass and time-bound access workflows. Serve as L1/L2 responder for PAM incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate changes with engineering teams. Monitor logs, privileged session recordings, and generate operational and audit reports; support internal and external audits. Document procedures, pursue automation opportunities, and contribute to onboarding new PAM services in a 24x7, SLA-driven managed service setting.
