Senior HR Generalist
The Senior HR Generalist partners with management to advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR processes to drive engagement, retention, and compliance. Manages investigations and complex employee relations issues, including guidance on FMLA, ADA, harassment, and disciplinary actions. Drives workforce planning, supports recruitment and onboarding, and collaborates with HR peers to remove barriers to filling roles and improve time-to-fill metrics. Delivers training for new hires, management education, and supervisor skills; develops and communicates HR policies and procedures. Analyzes HR data, prepares reports, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve HR metrics and organizational outcomes. Supports change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to align HR programs with strategic goals while delivering strong stakeholder service.
