Capital Construction Manager, Rail Systems - Portal North Bridge

Lead the construction phase of a major rail infrastructure project, serving as on-site liaison and ensuring work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget. Direct and coordinate construction activities, manage force account labor and outages, and ensure alignment with technical standards and design modifications. Plan, track, and report project progress, forecast costs, and manage resource needs across multiple disciplines and contractors. Resolve field design discrepancies, support commissioning and turnover to operations, and oversee safety compliance and risk management. Facilitate regular progress meetings, document notes, and support integration with existing right-of-way, track, and infrastructure assets. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration to drive safety, quality, and timely delivery in a constrained environment.
