Lead Advanced Process Engineer

Oversee a team of 4-8 Process Engineers to plan, execute, and track process engineering projects in epoxy molding. Lead sustainment activities and COQ problem solving; perform failure analysis and fatigue testing on molded products. Develop sustainable, mistake-proof processing methods; drive advancement of molding techniques to world-class standards. Coordinate equipment/software R&D, SOPs, work instructions, and data analytics systems to improve manufacturing performance. Establish process controls, critical characteristics, and conduct audits with Quality and Molding to ensure compliance. Mentor engineers, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to support growth and cost savings.
