Guidewire Support Engineer Lead

Lead the Guidewire and application support engineering team to deliver reliable end-user support for Guidewire-related software. Drive user enablement by teaching best practices and efficient workflows across software programs. Manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and escalation to minimize impact and downtime. Partner with product, IT, and operations to improve tooling, processes, and knowledge sharing. Mentor team members, set priorities, and ensure service levels and quality standards are met. Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and training materials to empower users and streamline support.
