Sales Lead
The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting store leadership in fostering a customer- and product-focused sales culture, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving profitability. Oversee basic store operations, including opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, and accurate cash handling with promotions properly executed. Lead, train, and coach sales associates to deepen product knowledge, execute locate fulfillment, and meet or exceed sales and productivity goals. Build a high-performing team by motivating staff, promoting collaboration, and embracing feedback to develop leadership skills and store results. Deliver exceptional customer service through MAPS standards, clienteling, wardrobe solutions, and efficient checkout while adhering to policies and loss prevention practices. Analyze performance metrics, provide coaching, support training initiatives, and recognize top performers while ensuring compliant, inclusive store operations.
