Staff Engineer - Cloud Engineering

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure AWS-based cloud infrastructure. Drive cost management, performance improvements, and robust disaster recovery for mission-critical applications. Architect and enforce security controls, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and FFIEC. Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and integrate CI/CD practices for reliable deployments. Build and maintain observability and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk) and manage incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and maintain thorough technical documentation.
