Registered Nurse Full Time Nights

As a registered nurse, you provide primary leadership for milieu management and direct patient care in psychiatric settings for adults and seniors. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications safely, educate patients about their medications, and monitor for adverse reactions. Document thoroughly and accurately, transcribe physician orders, and maintain compliant medical records. Collaborate with the care team, delegate tasks, and advocate for patient safety, wellness, and discharge planning. Float across clinical services as needed and participate in ongoing professional development and regulatory compliance.
