Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Ads

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize ad recommendations and auction mechanisms. Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and data infrastructure to support real-time and batch processing of large-scale datasets. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to improve ad targeting, delivery, and user engagement. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine predictive models that benefit both users and merchants. Conduct rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing, and define success metrics with dashboards to monitor production performance. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business requirements into effective ML solutions, while mentoring junior engineers.
