US Regional Cyber Security Lead - Remote

Lead regional cyber security strategy and operations across manufacturing and R&D sites, collaborating with IT, OT, and business teams. Serve as the IT/OT cyber security SPOC, offering expert guidance for projects, risk management, and incident response. Develop and drive regional risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and industry standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and advance cyber security maturity while mentoring a team of security professionals. Deliver cyber security training and awareness, report status to senior management, and stay ahead of emerging threats. Travel up to 15% domestically to support sites as needed.
