RN - Medical-Surgical

Provide compassionate, high-quality care as a Medical-Surgical RN to support patient recovery and well-being. Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, emotional, psychosocial, and cultural domains. Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient and family involvement, setting measurable goals. Deliver timely interventions, age-specific nursing care, and safe use of equipment and IV therapies. Evaluate patient responses and revise plans to optimize outcomes in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate ethical practice, patient advocacy, and a proactive, fast-paced approach to excellence.
