Sr Financial Analyst Sales Compensation

The Senior Financial Analyst, Sales provides consolidated reporting, analysis, and financial decision support to Sales and Customer Development teams. Develops budgets/forecasts, analyzes variances, and identifies cost drivers to optimize revenue and expense targets. Manages financial risk and opportunities, delivers monthly variance reports, and prepares materials for operating reviews and board meetings. Collaborates with Finance and business partners to drive finance-based insights and supports strategic initiatives. Leads month-end close tasks, including journal entries, variance explanations, and forecasting, while ensuring data integrity. Liaises with IT and functional groups to define requirements and improve processes through systems and reporting tools.
