Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities include supporting Territory Managers to maintain and expand a customer base across the Greater Chicagoland, Western Illinois, and Eastern Iowa markets, driving growth in steel distribution. Develop new long-term customer relationships and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets. Coordinate and lead sales meetings, including site selection and agenda preparation, to align teams and customers. Help solve customer JIT delivery and material challenges to ensure timely, reliable service. Requires excellent communication and presentation skills, plus strong organizational and planning abilities. Preferred candidates will have metals distribution experience, a four-year degree or equivalent outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
