Coordinate study scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management while ensuring alignment with the full clinical development process and regulatory submissions. Foster strong client relationships, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to exceed sponsor expectations. Partner with sponsors and internal stakeholders to optimize study execution and maintain global operational excellence. Ideal candidates have healthcare-related degrees, 2+ years leading global trials in CRO/biotech/pharma, and a hands-on, adaptable problem-solving mindset.
