Senior Accounting Specialist

Oversees all accounting functions with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable. Manages vendor and customer relationships, invoicing, billing, and related accounting processes. Performs bank and inventory reconciliations and prepares timely financial statements. Coordinates month-end and year-end close activities, reporting status to leadership. Collaborates with logistics and sales teams to ensure accurate billing and PO management. Supports audits, insurance renewals, and regulatory documentation; proficient with Sage 100, Ariba, Excel, and Outlook, and adapts to current processes.
