Construction Inspector

Conduct on-site inspections of water and wastewater facility construction to verify compliance with contracts, specifications, and safety standards. Review plans for constructability, identify errors, omissions, and potential risk areas to guide corrective actions. Schedule, coordinate, and document site inspections; coordinate system outages with client facilities as required. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain a daily diary and complete project files, including a photo log. Estimate monthly construction progress by quantifying completed work and maintaining accurate records for stakeholders. Foster effective working relationships with contractors, consultants, and owners while performing duties under senior inspectors' direction.
