Network Construction Manager – Fiber Construction

Manage fiber construction projects from design through close-out, coordinating external contractors to meet specifications, schedule, and budget. Lead permit development and licensing with local and state agencies, and oversee construction plans and material delivery. Collaborate with Fiber Engineers; supervise vendors; ensure safety and quality assurance on site. Develop construction bid packages, competitively bid subcontractors, and manage costs to stay within budget. Track project progress in the tracking system with complete accuracy; communicate milestones and risks to leadership. Ensure compliance with OSP/ISP standards and applicable codes (NESC/NEC/OSHA), and resolve issues proactively.
