Lead and supervise craft crews on marine and heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Northeast region (NY, NJ, CT).\nEnsure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while optimizing productivity and controlling costs.\nCollaborate with engineers, project teams, and foremen to determine project needs and plan labor, materials, and equipment.\nCoordinate across multiple crews, forecast craft labor requirements, and monitor material stock and orders.\nEnforce company safety policies, resolve conflicts, and manage scheduling and performance evaluations.\nMaintain focus on timely delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement for successful project execution.
