Construction Estimator

Prepare detailed cost estimates from schematics and final designs for Windows & Doors projects. Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to estimate time, cost, and labor. Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers; track historical costs and maintain estimating databases/CRM. Collaborate with project managers and sales during bid reviews; manage multiple bids simultaneously. Minimum 1 year of construction estimating experience; proficient in reading plans and specs across multiple project types; strong Excel skills; familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Klaes, and Lutron. Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management; critical thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
