Senior Manager, Human Resources
Lead and manage HR activities at the assigned location, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, benefits, payroll, records, and HR compliance. Partner with Centers of Expertise and leaders to address complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR practices and procedures. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, coordinate safety and risk initiatives, and manage workers' compensation programs as needed. Drive talent management and onboarding initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and business capability, while ensuring consistency of practices across the organization. Develop process improvements, provide HR policy guidance, and deliver data-driven people analytics to management. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, build strong relationships with managers, protect confidentiality, and support organizational change.
