Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Contracts Manager

Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders (COs) for low-risk contracts using a CLM system. Support contract execution activities, including routing, tracking, and securing timely approvals from submission through execution. Advise on and troubleshoot existing agreements under the guidance of senior contract team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure terms, conditions, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. Assist with budget forecasting, accruals, and financial close activities. Develop and maintain strong procurement and supplier relationships to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and outsourced services.
