Patent Agent - Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Biotech

Lead or contribute to patent preparation and prosecution for small molecule drugs and biologics, translating complex science into robust claims. Work across gene editing technologies, antibodies, peptide synthesis, formulation, and drug manufacturing to protect innovative technologies. Perform freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses to guide strategic IP decisions. Draft and refine patent claims and specifications in collaboration with research teams. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality. A PhD or equivalent advanced degree, or substantial industry experience, is highly valued.
