Seeking a junior- to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney with biotech patent prosecution experience to join a leading life sciences team in Houston. Lead patent prosecution and strategy for US and international IP rights across traditional pharmaceuticals and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with scientific personnel to identify patenting opportunities and competitive advantages aligned with client objectives. Support clients in partnering and investment transactions, including due diligence and licensing considerations. Requirements include an advanced degree in a life sciences field, strong biotechnology patent prosecution background, and Patent Bar membership. On-site, Houston-based role focusing on a broad portfolio of life sciences IP matters.
