Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

Deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience at the point of sale and throughout the store. Provide friendly, efficient checkout service, assist customers with products, and handle returns or exchanges as needed. Support the pharmacist under supervision by entering patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and ensuring accuracy. Maintain storefronts with clean counters, well-merchandised shelves, and organized displays while managing inventory and pricing. Handle calls and clerical tasks, process third-party prescription claims, and assist with inventory and web order pickups. Participate in ongoing training to maintain certification and stay current on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
