Provide exceptional service and expert guidance to professional customers, including contractors and commercial clients, on a daily basis. Support every stage of the Pro journey—from accurate order fulfillment and safe loading to tailored product recommendations and delivery solutions. Build and maintain professional relationships, proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations. Meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Collaborate with teammates to resolve delivery issues, monitor inventory, and execute sales initiatives in support of store goals. Provide specialized knowledge (e.g., paint) and ensure outstanding service that differentiates our Pro customers' projects.
