Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

Provide a distinctive, courteous customer experience through proactive assistance and clear communication. Assist with prescription processing under pharmacist supervision, ensuring accurate data entry and safety checks. Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records at the POS. Support inventory management, shelving, merchandising, and stock rotation to ensure product availability. Adhere to state and local regulations, company policies, and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct, including appropriate dispensing practices. Participate in ongoing training and certification renewal to stay current with pharmacy practice and healthcare developments.
