Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Handle high-volume inbound calls in a bilingual Spanish-English customer service role. Open and maintain customer accounts, record information, and process payments. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, and offering effective solutions with follow-up. Assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate information using appropriate tools. Follow policies, close or open call records, and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. Work on-site in Houston (in-office) on a temp-to-hire basis, collaborating with the customer service team.
