Vice President, Senior Real Estate Counsel

Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of ground and shopping-center leases and related documents across the United States. Provide counsel to lease administration, development, and marketing teams while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws. Oversee due diligence, including title reports and environmental assessments, and manage external counsel and internal team members. Handle lease-related litigation and compliance matters, including construction disputes and landlord-tenant issues. Develop scalable processes and best practices, and leverage technology to improve review and administration of real estate documents. Advise management on material risks, mentor staff, and bring 20+ years of experience and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
