Construction Senior Superintendent

Lead on-site field personnel and subcontractors to execute large commercial construction projects safely and on schedule. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules with two-week look-ahead planning and regular schedule updates. Oversee buyout and coordination of major subcontractors, aligning their work with owners, designers, and engineers. Maintain accurate cost reporting while enforcing safety policies and company standards across the project. Foster team development, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Aviation or data center project experience is preferred, with strong document literacy and leadership of on-site teams.
