Software QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Software QA Engineer to drive quality across HRIS/ERP software within an agile environment. You will design and execute test plans and test cases, track metrics, and clearly report results to inform product decisions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining QA platforms and environments, and executing both automated and manual testing procedures. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business analysts to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Create and manage comprehensive test data sets, support migration to a new test automation suite, and perform functional, performance, and regression testing. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with flexibility, strong analytical skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.
