Executive Administrative Coordinator
Provide high-level executive support and project management to the President & CEO, with dotted-line alignment to the Director of Board Governance & Communications. Lead the planning and execution of internal and external meetings, coordinating agendas, logistics, technology, and travel as needed. Manage scheduling, prepare materials, and facilitate timely decision-making by gathering information from departments. Support board governance activities including minutes, rosters, reports, and communications with board members and stakeholders. Drive special projects and cross-department collaboration to meet organizational objectives, ensuring deadlines and high-quality outputs. Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and database tools, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
