This hybrid role focuses on prospecting, winning new business, and placing top tech professionals in contract and permanent roles. Responsibilities include leading BD efforts, developing client strategies, presenting tailored service overviews to C-suite and senior stakeholders. Perform comprehensive needs analyses, design tailored recruitment solutions, and craft compelling proposals that secure new opportunities. Negotiate terms, maintain long-term client relationships, grow accounts, and share knowledge by training junior consultants. Base salary plus OTE with clear progression, and a supportive environment with ongoing training in a hybrid San Diego setting.
