Lead the development and scale of security services that protect the platform, store applications, and cloud-native services, including SAST, Secret Detection, and Code Search. Architect and operate secure tooling pipelines across hundreds of engineering teams, balancing risk with velocity. Collaborate with Product Engineers and Product Management to enable secure delivery with high-fidelity findings and actionable remediation guidance. Leverage AI/ML to proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks at scale, reducing false positives and accelerating secure software delivery. Build and evolve security training, metrics, and dashboards to communicate risk to executive stakeholders while improving developer experience. Mentor teammates, promote secure-by-default practices, and design zero-friction security integrations within the SDLC.
