Internal Audit Lead

Lead planning, execution, and wrap-up of financial, operational, and compliance audits across locations. Demonstrate strong project management, multitasking, and documentation to meet deadlines. Prepare clear audit reports and communicate results to stakeholders with agreed action plans. Manage the SOX compliance program, perform testing, review staff work, and coordinate with external auditors. Train, mentor, and develop internal audit staff by leading engagements and providing timely feedback. Support risk assessment, data analysis, and other specialized projects; travel up to 15%.
