Data Analyst – BI, ETL, Analytics

Develop automated reports and analyses to provide visibility into KPIs and performance drivers. Build and manage data pipelines that integrate structured and unstructured sources. Design, implement, and automate workflows using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Alteryx to ensure data integrity and governance. Collaborate with field operations, engineering, IT, accounting, and data support teams to analyze drivers of LOE, capital, and production. Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports for operations and regulatory, financial, and accounting needs. Mentor colleagues on data engineering and BI development, and stay current with automation, AI, and digital technologies.
