Product Manager, Technology

The Product Manager leads the development of fundraising CRM and data management products within the Technology team. Collaborate with leadership, tech staff, and stakeholder groups to define and execute product roadmaps that align with organizational goals. Define lean MVPs with measurable success metrics and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and specs. Build strong relationships across Technology, Development, MarComms, Organizing, and Privacy & Data Governance to understand needs and prioritize goals. Drive analytics-driven decision making, establish product-driven success metrics, and communicate progress across teams. Facilitate inclusive product development, ensure secure, accessible, and privacy-conscious solutions, and support onboarding and training for users.
