Provides leadership through precepting, formal/informal leadership, and quality improvement efforts; delegates care based on skill level, acuity, and resource availability. Requires BSN or higher from an accredited program; valid RN license; current BLS; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call; transplant experience preferred. Schedule consists of 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every-other weekend and on-call duties as required.
