Manager, Cybersecurity Operations

Lead and manage cybersecurity operations programs, including SOC, vulnerability management, and data loss prevention, to protect critical assets. Design and optimize SOC workflows, monitoring, detection, and response processes with emphasis on advanced threat detection. Oversee incident response, containment, eradication, and recovery; drive post-incident reviews and lessons learned. Direct vulnerability management and patching efforts; collaborate with IT and development teams to mitigate risks. Develop and govern DLP strategy; conduct audits to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop the information security team; align security initiatives with business goals and measure progress against NIST/CIS standards.
