The Vice President of Sales leads the strategic development and execution of annual plans to acquire new clients and drive Retail Audit solutions for retailers. This hunter role centers on closing new business with large retailers, e-commerce, and commercial enterprises through direct prospecting and C-level engagement. Build and manage a rigorous sales process with budgets, accurate forecasts, and a robust pipeline to meet revenue targets. Develop multi-level relationships with decision makers, qualify opportunities, and ensure smooth transitions to post-sale account management. Collaborate with the Business Unit, Product, and Marketing teams to bring new products to market, coordinate launches, and drive early sales. Demonstrate customer value by understanding strategic priorities, delivering tailored value propositions, and ensuring high satisfaction from presales through post-sales.
